13. Moses' Call to Leadership

After some of Abraham’s descendants (the Israelites) became slaves in Egypt, God called Moses to lead them out of Egypt and into Canaan, the land God earlier promised to Abraham.

14. The Plagues and Passover
To free the Israelites, God sent a series of plagues upon Egypt, including the death of the firstborn in every family, but God protected those who appropriately expressed faith in Him.
